- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our Services.
- Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate medical case logging and presentation.
We may suspend or remove content that violates these rules.
4. User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of the data you upload (e.g., case notes, images, documents).
- You grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to store, process, and display your data only to provide the Services.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload complies with applicable privacy and medical confidentiality laws.
5. AI-Generated Content
- Botern may offer AI-driven suggestions or automation (e.g., slide creation, case structuring).
- AI outputs are for educational and organizational purposes only.
- We do not provide medical advice or clinical decision-making.
- You are solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated content before using it.
6. Data Privacy
Your use of Botern is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Subscription and Payments
- Some features may require a paid subscription.
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- We may change pricing with prior notice.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep Botern operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

- Modify or discontinue features
- Restrict access in response to legal or security concerns
We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
9. Intellectual Property
- Botern, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Swasth Bharat Techno Private Limited.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 6 months prior to the claim.

- Fail to pay for any paid features (if applicable)
You may stop using Botern at any time by deleting your account.
